One of the most effective methods to make your desires visible is making a vision board.

After a short introduction you start making your own vision board. 

You can cut out the photos, sentences and pictures from different magazines and glue them as you like to create a beautiful collage. You can paint, draw and be as creative as you can.  Anything that catches your eyes is meant for you. At the end you will have a nice mirror of your life, your wishes and maybe you learn to see yourself from a different perspective.

To be concentrated on the nice things in your life, can be very beneficial…. and it’s a real fun!

Bring your favorite old magazines.

Urvertrauen, basic trust, confiança basica… What does that mean to you? Is it difficult or easy to trust life? What experiences do you have with basic trust? Are you a person who would like to plan everything in advance? Do you listen to your intuition?

Let’s talk about… will take place once a month. I would like to exchange experiences with you. I would like to talk about life issues. What is on your mind right now? Share it with me and I will take up the topic in one of the next evenings. Sometimes it is very healing to know that you are not the only one struggling with a certain issue. We will deal with the issues with humor and lightness. It is not a therapy, just an exchange of like-minded people!

I will do a little attunement in the beginning and we close the evening with a ritual.

Let’s talk about… terá lugar uma vez por mês. Gostaria de trocar experiências con vocês. Gostaria de falar sobre questões da vida. O que lhe vai na cabeça neste momento? Partilhe-o comigo e eu irei abordar o tema numa das noites seguintes. Por vezes é muito curativo saber que não se está o único a debater-se com uma determinada questão. Trataremos as questões com humor e leveza. Não se trata de uma terapia, apenas uma troca de pessoas com os mesmos interesses.!

Farei uma pequena sintonia no início e encerraremos a noite com um ritual.
