SOLO - RETREAT:
The Art of Being.
A Nature Based Creative Retreat.
In a world that moves fast, this retreat offers a pause.
A place to ground, breathe, and reconnect - with yourself and with the living world around you.
Our Approach
Through forest bathing, mindful walking, meditation, and creative exploration, you are invited to slow down and come back to what feels real and essential. Creativity is not used to perform or produce, but as a language of inner listening.
This five-day solo retreat is a space for reflection, presence, and renewal.
A time to reconnect with your own rhythm, supported by nature’s steady intelligence.
Five days.
Nature as your guide.
Creativity as your language.
Presence as your foundation.
Purpose & Intention
This retreat is designed for people who feel called to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves — especially at moments of transition, uncertainty, decision-making, or inner questioning.
Over time, personal wishes, talents, and creative impulses can become quieter or get lost along the way. This retreat offers a gentle space to rediscover them. Through creativity, mindfulness, and deep immersion in nature, participants are invited to reconnect with their inner compass — the part within that knows what feels true, meaningful, and alive.
Creative practices and time in nature serve as gateways to self-exploration. They help awaken curiosity, activate the inner child, and open creative “ventils” through which emotions, insights, and longings can be expressed safely and freely. Rather than providing answers, the retreat supports a process of listening — to what asks for attention, to what wants to be lived, and to what can bring more color, joy, and authenticity into everyday life.
The retreat follows a gentle structure, while remaining highly individual. Each participant arrives with their own intentions, experiences, talents, and need
This retreat does not promise healing and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. It is a space for self-reflection, creative exploration, and reconnection — offering inspiration, clarity, and new perspectives that may support personal decisions and life direction.
