We begin in silence. Then as the music starts, we let go. No thinking, no planning- just movements. The body takes over, the mind rests. For 30-40 minutes, we follow the rhythm, allowing whatever needs to be expressed to flow freely. No judgement, no rules, just pure, dynamic movement.

Afterwards, we return to stillness. No words, just presence. The body remembers, the body knows. Through dance, we reconnect, recharge, and rediscover a deep sense of ease within ourselves.

Art Therapy Afternoon

An 3,5h afternoon of deep exploration through movement, breath, and voice. We begin with meditation, dancing, and vocal work -tuning into what we truly need. Then, we create. Painting, felting, sculpting, dancing, singing -whatever calls to you. This is a space to release emotions, unblock energy, and find new ways of expression.

Over three to for hours, we dive into creativity as therapy, discovering tools to navigate emotions and life with more ease. You’ll leave feeling lighter, freer, and inspired.

Breath & Voice Coaching

With the right breathing, we can release physical and mental blockages. Correct breathing can help you to be more concentrated and to go through life more relaxed. This 90-min. session is aimed at people who want to break out new ground and want to get out of the rat race of every day life.

But even people with physical tension can feel relief, when they learn to breathe properly. Breathing freely means feeling free. We work on the posture with some physical exercises and also on the voice. The voice becomes stronger and more convincing when we have the right posture and breathe freely.

Mood Board

One of the most effective methods to make your desires visible is making a vision board/Mood board in a 3h session

After a short introduction you start making your own vision board. 

You can cut out the photos, sentences and pictures from different magazines and glue them as you like to create a beautiful collage. You can paint, draw and be as creative as you can.  Anything that catches your eyes is meant for you. At the end you will have a nice mirror of your life, your wishes and maybe you learn to see yourself from a different perspective.

To be concentrated on the nice things in your life, can be very beneficial…. and it’s a real fun!

Bring your favorite old magazines. Tea, water and cookies will be served.

Guided Meditation

The present moment is all we have. We find all the solutions to our problems only in the „here and now“. But if we are too busy in mind, we will not see all the wonderful signs and synchronicities along the way. Therefore it is necessary to become calm inside.

To connect with your own breath can help you to ground yourself in the present moment. Meditation is about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re learning to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgement. 

After a short relaxation, you will be gently guided to dive into your own inner world.

Forest Bathing

A Mindful 4h Journey into Nature.

Slow down. Breathe. Arrive in the present moment.

For three peaceful hours, we immerse ourselves in the forest, reconnecting with nature through our senses. We listen to the wind, feel the earth beneath us, smell the trees, and notice the smallest details around us. Through gentle mindfulness exercises, we deepen our awareness and allow nature to guide us.

Along the way, we pause for reflection, observe the subtle ways the forest communicates with us, and create a transient artwork by the shore—letting the waves carry it away as a reminder of life’s impermanence.

With a picnic in our backpacks and an open heart, we step into stillness, leaving refreshed, grounded, and deeply connected. Including Transportation.
