A reflection on 2025- and an invitation into 2026

As 2025 slowly comes to an end, I feel a deep sense of gratitude.

Gratitude for all the people who have crossed my path, for the encounters that have shaped this year, and for every single soul who has trusted me, my work, and the space I hold at Bahati – Fabrica Dallouge.

This year has been rich. Rich in stories, in emotions, in creativity, and in spiritual depth.

I am endlessly thankful for the people who joined retreats, workshops, conversations, walks, moments of silence, moments of laughter. You have all contributed to making this year what it was. You have inspired me, challenged me, mirrored me, and taught me — and for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

What continues to amaze me, again and again, is the way people come together here.

It often looks like coincidence from the outside, but we all know: there are no accidents. There is always the right timing. The right people meet at the right moment. Something aligns — quietly, gently — and suddenly a group forms that could not have been planned any better.

Every retreat feels like a small miracle.

Different paths, different lives, different stories — and yet, something essential connects everyone who arrives. I learn from each and every person who comes here. This work is not one-directional; it is an exchange, a shared journey.

Looking ahead to 2026, I feel the same excitement and trust.

New retreats are waiting to unfold — retreats around creativity, nature, walking, slowing down, reconnecting. The island of Faial offers so much space: wild landscapes, open skies, silence, movement, and grounding energy. Nature here is not just a backdrop; it is an active part of the process.

If you feel drawn to it — even if you cannot fully explain why — trust that feeling.

If something inside you says, “This is for me,” then it probably is.

This applies not only to retreats, but to life in general.

Whenever something calls you deeply — not as a fleeting idea, but as a clear, quiet, inner knowing — don’t hesitate. Follow it. I have countless stories of moments where I trusted life, acted spontaneously, and listened to what felt 100% true in my body and soul. Each time, something unexpected waited on the other side. A meeting. A shift. A gift.

Of course, it asks for presence.

To stay alert.

To notice the signs.

To listen.

So if you feel triggered, curious, excited, or gently pulled toward creativity, nature, walking, or simply being — maybe this is your sign.

In this spirit, I close this year with gratitude and open the next with trust.
